Today an official website and X (formerly Twitter) account announced that a new anime series named "I Left My A-Rank Party to Help My Former Students Reach the Dungeon Depths" is being made, meaning work is underway on this anime series. This new anime will be released next year in January 2025. This anime series will first be shown in Japan for two consecutive cours (about 6 months).

Along with this, a teaser trailer and an anime key visual of this anime were also released, which revealed the main cast and staff.

• Rain will be voiced by Nene Hieda (who voiced Amyu in The Reincarnation of the Strongest Exorcist in Another World).

"I Left My A-Rank Party to Help My Former Students Reach the Dungeon Depths" This anime is based on the light novels series written by Uenami Kosuke and Super Zombie. It is being directed by Katsumi Ono (who previously directed the Skeleton Knight in Another World Anime) at BN Pictures Studio.

Kazuyuki Fudeyasu (who previously wrote the Shangri-La Frontier anime) coordinated the story of this anime. The character designs are by Masakazu Yamazaki, and the music is composed by Go Sakabey (who previously composed the music for the Re:Monster anime).

In addition, Akira Takahashi, Yumiko Hara, and Ippei Ichii are serving as the chief animation directors, along with Masakazu Yamazaki also working on this anime. Akira Kikuchi is the action animation director in this anime.

This anime will be first released in Japan next year in Jan 2025. At present, the original release date of this anime has not been told.

Kodansha USA publishes the official English version of the manga adaptation by Yuri and describes the story:

Yuke Feldio is a red mage who supports his adventuring party, but it’s an ungrateful job for Yuke, and his A-rank party members treat him badly. Fed up with them, Yuke decides to leave the party and join a group of his former students—three girls who enjoy being around him.

However, to achieve his dream of conquering the world’s toughest dungeon, Yuke must teach these girls some important skills. Along the way, he discovers that both he and the girls have more potential than he ever realised.
