Today the first news of the "Once Upon a Witch's Death" TV anime was released, following the announcement of the anime adaptation of the light novel series written by Saka and designed by Chorefuji. Kadokawa has released the first daily life visual of the series, showing Meg making herbal tea inside the witch's house.
Along with this, a poster of this anime has also been released which reveals the cast members for her familiars, a carbuncle and a snowy owl.
The original light novel "Once Upon a Witch's Death" is published by ASCII Media Works under their Dengeki no Shin Bungei imprint. Yen Press translates and releases the light novel in English.
The TV anime is directed by Atsushi Nigorikawa and produced by EMT Squared Animation Studio. The series is composed by Keiichirou Ohchi and the character designs are created by Yukishizuku.
