A new key visual of "BLUE LOCK Season 2" has been released, showing Yoichi Isagi, Rin Itoshi, Sae Itoshi, and Oliver Ikue in the "BLUE LOCK VS. U-20 Japan" arc. This anime will stream on Crunchyroll and will have a total of 14 episodes starting on October 5.

The animation of this new season is being done by Studio 8bit. This time, the story will be based on the U-20 Japan arc, and this season has been named "BLUE LOCK VS. U-20 JAPAN". Thus, in Blue Lock Season 2, the main characters will fight against the U-20 Japan team, which is the highlight of this season.

Taku Kishimoto will handle the story composition for Season 2, Kenji Tanabe will design the characters, and Jun Murayama will return for the music. The animation will be produced by Studio 8bit.

Recently, the preview of "Blue Lock" Season 2's opening theme song "Bojaku no Charizma" was released, which is sung by Unison Square Garden. The main characters from the first season reprise their roles and are also given a new look with new uniforms.
