This means we get to see the intense matches between the Blue Lock Eleven and Japan's U-20 team. There will also be new characters and more development for Isagi and his teammates. 

Before diving into the U-20 arc, season 2 will briefly wrap up the Third Selection arc from the end of season 1, covering the remaining chapters 95 to 108. 

There's also some buzz that the last few episodes might even touch on the beginning of the Neo-Egoist League arc, adapting chapters 152 to 155. But, this hasn't been confirmed yet.
